Refund Policy for Professional Services

A clearly drafted Refund Policy will help the customers to remove any apprehension regarding the website. Refund of the services will be covered under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and general rules of Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If an order is cancelled atleast fourteen (14) hours prior to the Service Timing (Till 7 PM of previous working day), Customer will get 100% refund on both (Service fee + Professional Wage)
If an order is cancelled within fourteen (14) hours to three (3) hours prior to the Service Timing (Till 6 AM of Service Delivery day) , Customer will get refund on (50% of Service Charge OR maximum 20 rupees + 100% Professional Wage).
If an order is cancelled within three (3) hours to one (1) hour prior to the Service Timing (Till 8 AM of Service Delivery day), Customer will get refund of (50% of Service Charge OR maximum 20 rupees + Professional Wage after deducting 50% of one day wages amount).
If an order is cancelled after 8 AM on the same day of Service delivery date, Customer will get refund of (50% of Service Charge OR maximum 20 rupees + Professional Wage after deducting one day wages amount).

Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
There is always a certain source of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of the campaign. Thus, refund would not be entertained if a service is already delivered.
No refund will be entertained in case service gets cancelled due to violation of any terms stated in our Terms & Conditions sections.
DLC is not liable to pay the refund if any of our services gets delayed or disrupted due to third party involvement.
Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase or converted into credits.

Replacement Policy

All the workers aligned with the DLC are trustworthy as we offer them best market deliverables along with the job security. Even though if any of the deployed workers quits the job prior to work completion, then in that case DLC will provide free replacement of that worker at the workplace. In case of the unavailability of workers near to the work location, we would provide workers from far off location or if we ‘fails’ in doing so we will provide you the refund of that particular worker.
